The Secret of Monkey Island is a fantastic adventure game
from the early 90s. Built using the classic "Point-and-Click"
system, this game's humor and fantastic storyline attracted
a wide audience during the time.
You play Guybrush Threepwood, a somewhat clumsy and dim-witted
young man who has arrived on Melee Island seeking to become
a mighty Pirate. As you try to claim fame and impress
the pirate leaders at the Scumm Bar, you get involved
with the beautiful Elaine Marley (the govenor of Melee
Island) and even the dreaded ghost pirate LeChuck! |
