Leave the top floor, go into the elevator and return to the first floor. WALK left and head into the buffet.
USE the 12 food splotches...
... and Larry will get a bottle of hot sauce.
Exit the buffet and walk outside to the front of the casino. Wait a few seconds for a man wearing an barrel to appear. If the man doesn't show up, walk right one screen to the Weddin' Ready chapel, and back again (repeat this until he finally shows up). Give the man Larry's wallet, he will take $1 and give Larry an apple. Go back inside to the elevator.
USE the elevator and go up to the 7th floor. There is something in the bushes. PICKUP the item, and Larry will get the coveralls.
Open Larry's INVENTORY and USE the coveralls. You will find a key. Note: If you do not find the key, and get the message, "You dig around in the pockets, but you don't find anything.", then you probably don't have the apple yet (see the previous step).
Go into the elevator and go down to the second floor. Use the key in the door marked "private."
You will enter the pool area, where you find Jasmine. TALk to her. When close-up, TALK to her lips.
Say "I'll show her I take her job seriously." Then run through they next available conversation options, "I can't help but talk about how she smells." Then say, "I'll show her that I know what a connoisseur is!" And then, "So she always smells this fantastic?" Then, "Cross perfume off my list." And finally, "Time to slip out and work my magic."
Leave the pool area, and use the key to enter the private door again. Jasmine will be gone. Go into your INVENTORY and SELECT the hot sauce. Use the hot sauce on the blow hole of the whale...
... The whale will react and spit up some ambergris. PICKUP the ambergris. Also, USE the bait bag, and Larry will pickup a squid. Exit the pool area, and leave the casino.
WALK right to the Weddin' Ready chapel. USE the flowery bush, and Larry will get jasmine.
Go back to the front of the casino and look for the cat. The cat appears randomly, similar to the bum and the apple man. If the cat doesn't appear, walk back-and-forth between the casino and the chapel, eventually it will show up. When you see the cat, use the squid on the cat. Larry will get a syringe of civet.
Hail a cab and go to Lefty's. Go inside the bar, and USE the stool to sit down. TALK to the bartender and select vodka from the menu. Larry will store it in his inventory.
It is time for Larry to make his perfume. Open Larry's INVENTORY and use the vodka, jasmine, syringe of civet and ambergris on the empty bottle of hot sauce. The result will be Larry's signature perfume: Eau D'Larry. Leave Lefty's and hail a cab for the casino.
Enter the casino and go up to the second floor. Use the key in the door and return to the pool area. Give the Eau D'Larry to Jasmine.
